Turkey Broccoli Bake
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup broccoli (I steam mine for about 5 minutes to soften it)
1 cup cooked, cubed turkey (or chicken)
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup sour cream
Grated cheddar cheese
Cook rice. In a large bowl mix together soup and sour cream. Add turkey and broccoli and mix well. Add grated cheese (as desired). Put rice in bottom of
a 9 by 13 pan. Pour turkey mixture over top and mix in together, gently. Top with more grated cheese (as desired). Cover with foil and bake at 350* for 20 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and casserole is heated through. Serve with dinner rolls and a jello salad.
